Investing in meaningful human rights work.

Every project is unique, and so is the support I provide. My fees reflect more than 28 years of experience working across the human rights sector and my commitment to delivering thoughtful, practical, and tailored support.

At the same time, I recognize that financial realities differ across countries, organizations, and individuals. Wherever possible, I aim to make my services accessible through flexible pricing, pro bono work, and service exchanges.

  • Fees

    Every project is different, so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.

    My fees are based on the scope of your project, the type of support you need, and the time involved. We’ll discuss fees openly during our introductory conversation so you have the information you need before making a decision.

  • Accessibility

    I believe meaningful human rights work should be supported wherever possible.

    I consider factors such as organization size, geography, and available resources when discussing fees and always strive to support lower-resourced organizations within my capacity.

  • Pro Bono & Service Exchange

    Where my capacity allows, I offer pro bono support for projects that align with my values.

    I’m also open to exchanging services where there’s an opportunity for mutual learning and collaboration. If you think a service exchange could be beneficial, I’d be happy to explore it with you.

  • Payments

    For Power Hours and career coaching, payment is made in advance to confirm your booking.

    For consultancy projects, fees, deliverables, and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins, ensuring clarity and transparency from the outset.

    Payments can be made by bank transfer or Wise.
