Start with a Complimentary Discovery Call
Every career journey is different. That’s why we begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals, discuss your current challenges, and identify the support that will have the greatest impact.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my coaching approach, and decide whether we’re the right fit to work together. If we are, we’ll map out the next steps to help you move your career forward with confidence.
I prefer the second version because it keeps the focus on the client’s journey and emphasizes partnership rather than simply explaining the coaching process.
Why would you work with me?
I have 28 years’ experience in the human rights sector and have worked widely across the human rights sector including the United Nations, Council of Europe, Amnesty International, the Scottish Human Rights Commission, Penal Reform International and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
I know the challenges you face as I have been there myself and I’ve got lots of experience, advice and inside knowledge to share.
In the course of my career, I have helped over 200 human rights professionals, like you, to navigate a career in human rights. I’ve also given careers talks at universities and other educational institutions globally on how to pursue a career in human rights. I am also happy to offer group coaching workshops.
I’m here to help you turn your purpose and passion into a fulfilling human rights career.
